What’s likely most evident about the exit of our more embattled U.S. Attorney Generals is what little impact this move will actually make. Sure, the rank and file in the Justice Department are breathing a sigh of relief, but this is a president who has proven time and again that he appoints stooges. Anyone who has to ask what’s wrong with that hasn’t been reading the papers. How about, and I’m thinking outside the box here, a genuine search for the person to fill this hole? How about a list to consider instead of a quick look around the room to see who hasn’t quit yet?
