Forbes has released it’s most expensive places to live list and Charleston gets the only South Carolina nods (please, hold back your shock). Sullivan’s Island placed 70th with a median price of $1.195 million. Isle of Palms was at 199th with $862,000 and South of Broad came in at 327th with $765,000.
