Atomic Comics was an eclectic little comic shop on Upper King with a varied selection of collectibles and action figures, “Bitch” soap, and rubber duckies. And, of course, comic books. After changing hands in early ’07, it was assumed that the shop would be moving only a few blocks away. But as the months dragged on, it was clear that Atomic Comics had imploded. It’s not hard to travel off the peninsula for comic books, but where o’ where will we find our “Bitch” soap?
