In an apparent attempt to get creditors off her back, a local woman created a daughter who she claimed died in Iraq. With the help of friends, she duped a local funeral home to run an obituary in the paper that she had apparently planned to use to spook bill collectors into giving her space.

The fake daughter would have been born when her “mother” was 15, and would seem to have a family full of creative nicknames:
