he has really been a long time freind of the restaurnat. It feels really natural.

Reid. I’m not exactly sure what rEid’s next adventure has in store. Talented, creative, hard working guy. Time for him to move on. A mutually discussed thing. He we all agreed for him to move on.

He did a great job and a few strong yeras and nothing but appreciation for our company.

Obviously you’lll start to see his own dishes emerging. He’s not gonna come in on Tues. an dflip the menu. Very eager to learn from teh current team and see wah weve been doign and take a measured approach. NO doubt over time will become all his own.

He’s not looking to make abrupt sharp moves.
