COVID-19 updates: South Carolina health officials reported 264 cases of coronavirus on Thursday, with 24 additional confirmed deaths.
With 4,417 tests collected, the percent-positive rate was 6 percent.
As of 2:10 p.m. Sept. 10, via S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control:
Confirmed cases in S.C.: 124,397 (+264 new cases since Wednesday)
Percent Positive: 6% (down from 14.3 %)
Positive tests in Charleston County (total): 14,357 (+15)
Negative tests in S.C.: 927, 364
Deaths in S.C. from COVID-19: 2,823 (+24)
