Next door to Chucktown Brewery on 337 King St., Chucktown Grub has opened its takeout window, serving six different cuisine concepts from one “virtual kitchen.”
“We’re fortunate to have great kitchen space at Chucktown Brewery, and we wanted to make sure we were using it to its fullest potential,” said Chucktown Brewery owner Nate Tomforde in a press release.
When ordering online, guests can order from six different menu concepts:
Juicy Buns Burgers & Fries — you guessed it, burgers and fries
The Big Cheese — unique grilled cheeses
Chuck Cluck — “Everything chicken you love”
Fresh Wraps — on-the-go meals
Toss It Salads — fresh salads
Rice is Nice — hearty rice bowls
“By having all these concepts coming out of the same kitchen,” continued Tomforde. “We’re able to maximize our use of space and keep our kitchen staff busy during what might normally be slower times. I’m not aware of any place else in Charleston offering six concepts out of one virtual kitchen.”
