Tonight from 6-8, Caviar & Bananas Sushi Chef Karen Stabler will host a more in-depth and technical tutorial on how to whip up some amazing sushi. Topics include a review of what was learned in Sushi 101, exploring and comparing different ingredients, a one-on-one demonstration with each student, and most importantly, a tasting of the final product.
