Treat your mother, mom, mommy, momma, or whatever else you like to call that special woman (or women — don’t forget grandmothers, wives, and all the other ladies) to a great Mother’s Day. Here’s some options.

On Mother’s Day, the S.C. Aquarium honors our revered matrons by offering them free admission with a paying guest or child. A coupon for the complimentary admission can be found on the Aquarium’s website.

Take your mother on a watery adventure with Sea Kayak Carolina. Starting at 9 a.m., guests can join the Sea Kayak guides and instructors for an intermediate trip down the Stono River, go beach combing, and then ride back to the landing. Admission is $60, which includes gear and a kayak.

Tropical Toast celebrates Mother’s Day Saturday and Sunday. Moms eat for free with the minimum of two entrees purchased.

Of course, what’s Mother’s Day without treating your mom with some brunch? Queen Anne’s Revenge on Daniel Island is serving brunch from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and dinner from 11 a.m.-9 p.m.

If you’re closer to Downtown, Halls Chophouse has an entire brunch menu ready for Mother’s Day. They’re serving this breakfast/lunch combo from 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Over at McCrady’s, they’re serving brunch with some entertainment. Make a reservation and get a chance to choose your favorites from their three-course menu while enjoying a performance from gospel singers upstairs in the Long Room. Brunch is from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and is $35 plus tax and gratuity.

At the Port of Call Bar & Grill, moms eat brunch for free with a paying adult.

Abe’s Oyster House has a brunch menu featuring crab cakes benedict, hueves rancheros, Abe’s shrimp omelet, and more. Guests will also get to partake in $3 Bloody Marys and $2 Mimosas.

Bistro 536 throws in their regular brunch menu with a few items thrown into the mix. Bistro also offers a $20 pre-fixe menu including an appetizer, entrée, dessert, and mimosa.

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a special brunch at the Wentworth Grill where your kids get to make the pancakes. Not quite breakfast in bed, but close enough. Aqua Safaris let moms eat brunch for free with a paying adult from 11 a.m.-2p.m. The general price is $30 per adult and $15 per child.

On the IOP, Boathouse is offering favorites like spicy shrimp and grits, lump crab cakes, biscuits with gravy, and more. Brunch lasts from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Reservations are recommended.

From 11 a.m.-2 p.m., The Library Restaurant is offering their maple ham benedict, Lowcountry crab cakes, rosewater, orange blossom and S.C. honey brulee, and more for brunch.

If it’s just Mimosa and Bloody Marys you want, then Two Rivers Tavern has all-day specials.
