Hotel Bennett

Perhaps one of the most highly anticipated new hotels in Charleston, Hotel Bennett is one of the area’s largest high-end accomodations with 179 rooms. From the rooftop bar and pool area, you can gaze out over Marion Square, and if you’re lucky enough to book the by-request-only Owner’s Suite, you’ll be privy to a 180-degree view of the park, the city’s famed church steeple skyline and the Ravenel Bridge from the wraparound outdoor deck. Hotel Bennett features three bar areas — the main lobby bar, the rooftop bar, Fiat Lux and Camellia’s, the very Instagrammable Champagne bar decked out in diamond chandeliers and pink decor. Guests can also dine in the restaurant Gabrielle or grab some breakfast from La Patisserie pastry and coffee bar. Named after owner Michael Bennett’s family, the Hotel Bennett has been in the making since 2005 when the original plans were officially announced. After 13 years, the hotel opened its doors to guests for the first time January 27, 2019.
