It wasn’t long after hearing about the new ramen burger that we decided we had to pay a visit to CO and give the burger a try. Now, a burger with ramen noodles sounds a bit strange, and traditionalists will likely stay away, but we must admit, CO’s ramen burger is damn good.

Instead of a bun, an all-beef patty sits between two conglomerates of ramen noodles. Don’t fret, they’re cooked and molded together, with a light sear on the outside to offer a little crunch. Shredded lettuces sits under the beef patty, while pickled carrots and cucumber rest on top with a few sprigs of cilantro. To the side: a ramekin of CO’s special ramen burger sauce that’s sweet, tangy, and smoky. If you really want to spice things up, slices of fresh jalapeno garnish the plate as well.

Currently, CO only offers the ramen burger late night when advertised (So far, 9:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. the past two Thursdays), but with a little luck, maybe we’ll start seeing it more often.
