Farringdon Bistropub has quickly become a gathering place for local beer lovers. Last month, they hosted the S.C. Beer Advocate meeting and on Sunday, they’re kicking off summer with a Backyard Beer Dinner.

The extensive fixed menu at $35/person will start off with a fresh Kolsch from Charleston’s Coast Brewing Co. paired with a feta and watermelon salad. Next comes an Allagash White with barbecue shrimp and melon skewers. Duck confit with grilled corn on the cob gets coupled with a Clipper City Loose Cannon IPA for the third course, and number four goes all out with a Victory Golden Monkey paired with beer-infused smoked pulled pork and fruit slaw. Finish up with a Founders Breakfast Stout and a chocolate chip ice cream float.
