[image-3]As of today, no matter where you are on the peninsula, you’re likely within a 5 minute drive of a poke bowl. King Street’s Beech opened its new Workshop ‘Test Kitchen’ outpost today. It’s the first newcomer to the “fancy food court” since it opened in May.

The menu is similar to Beech’s flagship, with smoothies ($8.75), acai bowls ($9.75) and poke with a few new variations on each. The Test Kitchen menu sports pre-set poke bowl offerings ($12.50) and keeps the build-your-own option.

And since it’s in Workshop, that means Beech can offer booze, so you’ll also find beer, wine, sake, and some crisp summer cocktails.

Beech replaced JD Loves Cheese, which Workshop says it may bring back in cooler months.
