Any place that cooks up 12 different types of homemade flatbreads stuffed with everything from dates to roasted lamb and fired in a super-heated tandoor gets my full confidence — and they routinely garner that of the people of Charleston as well. Tasty preparations of lamb, chicken, and seafood keep the people rolling in and the tantalizing smell of the spice bazaar floating across the blacktop of Savannah Highway.
