Speck at EVO Pizzeria

Speck is a lot like prosciutto, but it’s better. The salty meat almost melts in your mouth. Fortunately, the good folks at EVO decided it would be a great topping on pizza. Our advice: Order a bianca pie — basil pesto, mozzarella, parmigiano-reggiano, and sea salt — and add arugula and, of course, speck. It’s speck-tacular!
