With high-top neon kicks and the latest in urban street wear, B’Zar was such an anomaly to Charleston, seeing it on King Street for the first time was like spotting Arthur Ravenel in drag. But it’s about damn time this city got a little more fashion forward. Dockers, boat shoes, polos, and Croakies? Come on people, is this a 1980s Ralph Lauren ad? MOVE ON! B’Zar’s styles may seem intimidatingly cutting edge for some in the Lowcountry, but they’re long overdue.
