The free trolley shuttling craft beer fans to the 10 destinations in downtown’s brewery district is back with a special Memorial Day weekend service before it restarts its weekly routes on Saturday, July 3, a spokesperson said.

“The newest brewery, Brewlab has been added to the schedule as well,” said Tarah Gee, director of marketing for Palmetto Brewing Company. “The trolley will run both Saturday and Sunday on Memorial Day weekend” and “will remain free to patrons.”

The shuttle debuted Feb. 29, 2020 but only ran for a few weeks before the service was suspended due to the pandemic. With the addition of Brewlab, the trolley — which is operated by Lowcountry Trolley — will make 10 stops, starting at Tradesman Brewing at the top of the hour and finishing at Munkle Brewing. The trolley will run from 12-8 p.m. Saturday, May 29 and from 12-6 p.m. Sunday, May 30. And starting July 3, the trolley will run every Saturday from 12-8 p.m.
