If you’ve been waiting for someone to wake you up when September ends, well, here’s your wake up call, y’all. Soak up the last of those summer rays (just kidding, it won’t cool off until January) with cold brews at some beloved local breweries and brew pubs. From yoga to running to painting and eating, here’s where to sip suds this week:

Monday
This rescheduled Charleston Beer Week event honors the heroes, with three dollars from every ticket going towards the South Carolina State Firefighters Association. Starting at 6 p.m. at Famulari’s Pizzeria on James Island, enjoy a flight of beers, three pizza offerings, dessert, and a welcome beer, a new red ale made specifically for this event, all for $20.

Tuesday
Put on your spectacles and check out Old Time Tuesday beer tasting at Edmund’s Oast Exchange starting at 5:30 p.m. Advanced cicerone Brandon Plyler selects special beers to taste for $5; a portion of proceeds benefit the Trident Literary Association, a nonprofit whose mission is to give a second chance to adults who did not graduate from high school.

Lace up your trainers and head to Frothy Beard Brewing Company for their weekly fit club group run starting at 7 p.m.

Another rescheduled beer week event, the Palmetto beer dinner starts at 5 p.m. with light hors d’oeuvres.

An Evening with Twisted Cypress starts at 5 p.m.; try three Cypress brews paired with Grill Force One eats. Tickets are $40.

Wednesday
Drink for dolphins at Cooper River Brewing from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 and all proceeds go towards marine mammal education and outreach in the Lowcountry.

Put on your best poker face and head to Palmetto for a three mile fun run and poker game with Fleet Feet starting at 6:30 p.m.

Trivia night at Two Blokes starts at 7 p.m., with Grill Force One serving up hot and tasty fare.

It’s Creative Morning Charleston’s third anniversary, and they want you to get hoppy with them. Head to this hoppy bday part at Revelry from 6 to 10 p.m.; there will be music from Sparkbox, GIF-magic from the Lumos booth, rooftop views, and tons of brews enjoyed over conversations with fellow creatives.

Paint a funky cow for your accent wall at this paints and pints night hosted by Rusty Bull Brewing. The two hours of professional instruction starts at 6:30 p.m.

If your tastes veer more wheat fields landscape than funky cow, pick up your paint brush and head to the new Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. at Workshop for this wine and canvas event starting at 6:30 p.m.

Use that big ole brain of yours at Low Tide’s trivia night starting at 7 p.m.; it’s free to play, and there’s a chance to score a $50 bar tab, if you’re smart enough.

Get over the hump with Dallas Baker at Palmetto from 5 to 8 p.m. It’s also burger night, so pair those bluegrass tunes with a juicy Graze burger.

Thursday
Charleston Beer Runners wants you to grab a buddy — it’s fun, and makes running around a little safer — for this evening run starting at 7 p.m. Post run, meet up at Lo-Fi for that frothy reward.

This rescheduled beer week event at North Charleston’s Mellow Mushroom features Catawba brews (from N.C.) paired with Mellow eats (pretzel bites, salad, pizza, and dessert). The three course meal begins at 6 p.m.

Yoga and beer have one thing in common — they’re both uber good for you. Stretch it out at Rusty Bull with Bendy Brewski starting at 6 p.m.

Grab all the mathletes and Jeopardy pros you know for team trivia at Frothy starting at 7:30 p.m.

Friday
Support Camp Happy Days and try two ProAM beers at Revelry from 4 to 7 p.m. One hundred percent of proceeds go to Camp Happy Days, a nonprofit that helps kids battling cancer.

Persimmon serves up tasty and fresh eats at Two Blokes starting at 4 p.m.

Saturday
Sea Island Habitat for Humanity hosts the second annual The House that Beer Built event at Bohemian Bull from 4 to 9 p.m. There will be special brews from Holy City, Low Tide, Oak Road, Freehouse, Frothy, and Tradesman and music from Jump Castle Riot. One-hundred percent of proceeds will be directed to purchasing construction materials for Sea Island’s next home.

It’s Oktoberfest season in the Lowcountry; head to Low Tide starting at 2 p.m. for Bavarian eats from Grill Force One, a custom Low Tide stein, a Bavarian alpine hat (!) and the brewery’s Oktoberfest brew. There will also be a stein holding competition, with prizes including the best prize, free beer.

Prost! Starting at 7 p.m. enjoy polka music at Frothy, plus three special season brews and Zombie Bob’s pizza.

Starting at noon don your lederhosen and check out Park Circle’s second annual Oktoberfest, hosted by EVO Pizzeria and the Brew Cellar. There will be music, a stein holding and beer carrying competition, and tons of local brews and vendors.

Sunday
Revelry hosts a barrel swap launch party with Virgil Kaine starting at 2 p.m.

Nothing pairs with Sunday like fried chicken; head to Two Blokes for Boxcar Betty’s chicken sandwiches and watch the Panthers play the Pats.

Bay Street Biergarten holds a Freehouse tap takeover starting at noon.

Holy City wants you to down your dog then down some beers at 10 a.m.
