Bull Street Gourmet and Market has gone through a lot of changes in the past couple months. In June of 2013, the namesake location of the restaurant Bull was forced to give up their quaint Harleston Village bistro. Thankfully, we had the King Street location to feed our chicken salad addiction. The eatery didn’t let the closure stop its expansion plans. The market and deli recently opened a location in Durham, N.C. and is opening a new store in the Elan Midtown apartments.
Katharine Lowe from the Reynolds Group hopes that Bull Street will open in late 2013, but she “cautiously note[s] it could be early 2014 before the space will officially open to the public.”
We can’t get enough of Bull Street Gourmet’s specialty sandwiches, soups, breakfast treats (Nutella and strawberries on a croissant- yum), and other market goods, so we’re pretty excited for it to move this side of Calhoun.
