Edgewood: Stage of Southern History, a docudrama about the backcountry-styled plantation house in Edgefield, S.C., and its inhabitants, will be shown at the College of Charleston (in the education building, 25 St. Philip St.) on Wed. Sept. 15.

The Edgewood plantation home is now known as the Pickens-Salley House, named for Lucy Holcombe Pickens and Eulalie Chafee Salley, who the film profiles. It’s located on USC’s Aiken campus. The screening starts at 6 p.m.
