Dish, our biannual dining guide, will be published on March 5, just in time for the Charleston Wine + Food Festival.

New to Dish is the Dish Top 50, a much-debated guide to our very favorite places to eat in Charleston, from the Ocean Room to the Griffon and everything Dish-worthy in between. We also included a geographical guide to neighborhood favorites, so if you’re looking for a recommendation on where to eat east of the Cooper or out on the islands, we’ve got you covered. 

The issue is packed with great features too, with a big focus on ethnic eateries and a very cool essay from Jeff Butler at the ’Wich Doctor. 

To mark the launch of this new issue of Dish, we’re throwing a party on Wednesday night, serving up free cocktails featuring Carolina’s Summer Hummer on the patio at Prohibition with hors d’oeuvres from Chef Stephen Thompson.

The party is free to attend and open to the public, so come out and hang with us from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
