[image-1]How do you feel about wood-roasted chicken lollipops? That’s what you’ll have to ask yourself at Dockery’s, Daniel Island’s new restaurant and brewery. The honey, chipotle, and sesame topped ‘pops are one of Dockery’s “opening acts,” the restaurant’s cutesy term for appetizers.
Of course, you don’t have to take a risk on a ‘pop. Traditional bar food abounds in chicken taquitos, French onion dip, and vegetable and prosciutto flatbreads.
Further down the menu, Dockery’s third circle of hell rotisserie is put to use on its rotisserie chicken salad and beer brined rotisserie half chicken. And if you’re really looking to tuck in, Dockery’s has a 16 oz. Kansas strip in addition to a whole lobster.
