OK Pitch Perfect fans, here’s your chance to see some a cappella legends while helping out neglected and abused children. How can you turn that down?

HALOS, which provides resources for abused and neglected children and their families, and the Charleston Jewish Foundation are hosting a benefit concert by the Duke University Pitchforks, a male a cappella group that’s been making generations of collegiate ladies swoon since 1979. The group has performed for the Queen of Jordan, toured Europe, and won two Best Male Collegiate Album awards from the Contemporary A Cappella Society of America.

Student singers from Ashley Hall, Cario Middle School, and the School of the Arts will also perform.

The concert is Sat. Feb. 7 at 8 p.m. at the Circular Congregational Church, 150 Meeting St. Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors, $15 for parents of singers, and $10 for students. Find out more and buy tickets at charlestonhalos.org/events.php.
