[image-1]The build up to Edmund’s Oast Brewing’s opening is getting closer and closer but if you want to pinpoint a date to get your first look, Charleston Beer Week has you covered.

On Mon. Sept. 11, head on over to Pacific Box & Crate (1505 King St. Extension) to tour the popular restaurant’s new brewery.

The 20,000 square foot operation, has a 100+ seat restaurant complete with a wood-fire pizza oven, a room dedicated to a charcuterie production, and a Polish smokehouse. [content-1]As the event listing states, this will be one of EOBC’s first services and guests will be treated to a walk through the taproom in addition to the large dining space. Beginning at 5 p.m., tours will be offered every hour on the hour until 8 p.m.

Reservations are not required, but to get a tour you do have to buy a flight of EOBC beers (tough sell).

And parents, get excited. The event listings also says, “The taproom is kid-friendly and the kitchen boasts a full-blown lunch and dinner menu. Bring the fam and stay a while!”
