Williams Sonoma Chefs’ Collective Pop-Up

Whilst strolling (or stumbling, hey, no judgement here) downtown from event to event, swing by Williams Sonoma for some kitchen gear (ya know, in case you get inspired to recreate top chef dishes in your own home) and celebrate the induction of four new Williams Sonoma Chefs’ Collective members with FREE bites and pours. There will be cocktails from Trick Dog’s Scott Baird, wine from Michael Mondavi Family Estate, and food from Chefs Gavin Kaysen, Ashley Christensen, Joshua McFadden, and Matt Bolus.

MUSC Dinner with Top Chef Alums Jamie Lynch and Katsuji Tanabe

Guest bartender Freddy Schwenk from Nashville joins Home Team’s beverage director Adam Rothstein for a special drink menu featuring Wolffer Rose Cider. Order six wings and a glass of rose for $10, $5 glasses of rose and cider, and $5 cocktails.

The best way to prepare for a satisfying afternoon siesta? Take a trip to Spain. Andre Tamers of De Maison Selections and the team from D.C.’s Fat Baby Restaurant Group (Proof, Doi Moi, Estadio) pour Tamers’s finest Spanish sherry, manzanilla, and Txakolina. The Daily sells special tapas, bocadillos and “Spanish snacks.” The event runs from noon to 2 p.m. and no ticket is required.

One Night Stand with Jim Beam
