Sometimes it’s like we here at the City Paper have seasonal amnesia. Just today, we thought Halloween must be just around the corner since we’ve been sweltering for months now. But alas, it’s actually only mid-summer, which means we still have months left of beach days and warm nights. And we plan on taking full advantage of that — especially when they’re free.
