If the warm weather has you wishing your house or wardrobe looked a little more like summer, you may want to check out The George Gallery’s three-day pop-up shop this weekend, June 23-25, featuring items from Eclectic. The online shop is based out of Charleston and features items that range from furniture to gifts to jewelry.
[image-1]Sidney Wagner, interior designer and owner of Eclectic, offers an array of both vintage and new items that embody the coastal lifestyle. The weekend’s events will feature a relaunch party on Thursday evening, 5-8 p.m., followed by two additional days, Fri. & Sat., 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at the George Gallery where Wagner will feature “styled vignettes” displaying some of the items you can find on her website. Specifically, Wagner has chosen vintage clothing, jewelry, and accessories “that represent the vibe of life at the beach from some of [her] favorite decades.”
[image-3]This event runs parallel to a neighborhood-wide sidewalk sale in Cannonborough-Elliotborough on Sat. June 25, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. when retail shops on Cannon, Spring, and Bogard Streets will offer markdowns and sales all day long. The Sugar bakeshop popsicle cart will be out and about to give sidewalk shoppers some sweet relief from the heat.
