Conservative political blog RedState will host its third annual gathering at the Francis Marion Hotel Aug. 12-14, and the speaker lineup will feature high-profile right-wing firebrands including Gov. Nikki Haley.

A press release describes Haley, who will deliver the keynote speech, as “one of the most principled, outspoken, articulate, and magnetic conservative leaders of our time — a future vice-presidential and even presidential contender to be sure.” Haley has said she will turn down the VP nomination if it is offered to her.

At $199 a head, the registration fee will likely limit attendees to diehard conservatives, political insiders, and the morbidly curious, but those who do come will be treated to an appearance by Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who led the pack among 2012 GOP presidential contenders in a recent Zogby poll, despite not having officially entered the race. In 2009, during the height of the initial Tea Party fervor, Perry came under fire for reportedly suggesting that Texas could one day secede from the United States.

Other speakers include:

• Sen. Adam Hasner (R-Fla.), described as “Florida’s next conservative rising star”

• Former Texas Solicitor General and 2012 U.S. Senate candidate Ted Cruz

• Michael Williams, another Texan running for the U.S. Senate, who is described in the release as “the ‘anti-Obama’ for his refusal to toe the liberal line expected of most African-American politicians”
