Now that Spoleto has officially begun, tickets are going to fly. You only have a little more than two weeks to spoil yourself, so take advantage of it. Although we hope you weren’t planning on attending Broadway Babies or the Joe Clarke Trio, because they are sold out.

You might not know about the free performance that the Charleston Symphony Orchestra Spiritual Ensemble is giving in tribute to Emily and Herbet DeCosta Saturday evening. Happening before the Spoleto Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater performance, there will be a 25-minute choral offering to honor the two African-American arts anchors beginning at 7:15 p.m. at the Gaillard Auditorium.

Also happening Saturday: PURE Theatre’s Red has been moved from 3 p.m. to 1 p.m.
