[image-1]Completing the caffeine highway that is King Street, Brooks Reitz and Tim Mink’s stylish new coffee shop Saint Alban (710 King St.) will open Mon. Jan. 5, according to Eater.com.

The tastefully curated space, that CP got a tour of in December, will serve both the freelance coffeehouse squatter and those looking for a good meal with food prepared by Chef Ari Kolendar.

And for the post-work crowd, Saint Alban will have a “small but lovingly curated wine list (including by the glass and bottle options), beers, and some cocktails made from vermouths, madeira, and other fortified wine products,” Reitz says.

The restaurant will open at 7 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. daily.
