Apparently Halloween is the new threshold for holiday marketing, and midnight is the new 4 a.m. for Black Friday shopping. Citadel Mall and Northwoods Mall announced today that some of their shops would open early for day-after-Thanksgiving shoppers.
Both malls will officially open at 4 a.m., but several stores have decided to jump the gun:
Citadel Mall
Midnight Openings: Target, Express, Aéropostale, American Eagle, Charley’s, Limited, Oxford Perfume and Jewelry
3 a.m. Openings: Belk, JCPenney
Dillard’s will open at 8 a.m.
Northwoods Mall
Midnight Openings: Express, Aéropostale, American Eagle, Charley’s, Books-A-Million, Cellaris, Finish Line, Gloria Jean’s Coffee, Journeys, PacSun, Perfumania, It’s Kung Fu, Wet Seal, Hollister
3 a.m. Openings: Belk, JCPenney
Dillard’s will open at 8 a.m.
