Drop whatever weekend plans you’ve started conjuring up and take a quick peek at the revamped McCrady’s Tavern brunch menu.

Chef De Cuisine Orlando Pagan has expanded the eatery’s brunch offerings to appeal to a wide range of brunching professionals, while still staying true to the tavern’s focus on “reimagined American classics.”

Between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, make yourself available to dine at 2 Unity Alley and feast your eyes, and then your stomach, on these delightful morsels.

The tavern will still offer favorites like the Quiche Lorraine (now with an option to add lobster!), but they’ll also have: preserved lemon souffle pancakes with sorghum syrup; baked eggs with Carolina Gold Rice boudin noir and roasted peppers; croque madame with country ham, éspoisses, and mornay sauce; and housemade yogurt with puffed grain granola and seasonal fruit.

To balance out the savory, Pastry Chef Katy Keefe creates a weekly brunch pastry (past offerings include bear claws, zucchini bread, and doughnuts); this weekend’s offering is a pumpkin cinnamon roll. Check out the full menu below:
