[image-1]We were just in touch with Charles Wilkie about an upcoming show (he claims to be involved with a Columbia reggae/rock group called Lefty at the Washout!). He mentioned a casual “meet and greet” event at the Music Farm. Wilkie works with one of the club’s new co-owners, Marshall Lowe, in the Southeastern-based concert promotions/ management company All In Entertainment. Lowe and John Ellison (of Charlotte-based club Amos’ Southend) bought the Music Farm in September.
According to Wilkie, this get-together is set for Tuesday, Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. at the club at 32 Ann Street. It’s aimed at connecting the new managers at the Music Farm with some of the movers, shakers, and musical acts in town. All are welcome. Press kits are, too.
