Men no longer have to fear the terror of shopping for the females in their lives. “Shop for Your Sweetie” on Thurs. Dec. 17 from 5-8 p.m. will allow guys to shop from a wish list prepared in advance at participating King Street stores like Butterfly Consignment Boutique, Lesesne, and Seeking Indigo, or ask shopkeepers for help. Sweet 185 and Charleston Power Yoga will also have specials for the occasion and hors d’oeuvres along the way. When your legs get tired, stop into Fish for “gentlemen’s drink specials” and $1 dim sum while holiday helpers wrap your presents. Since it is the season of giving, proceeds from the gift wrapping will go to the Alliance for Full Acceptance.
