Chef John Ondo’s latest tasting menu at Lana focuses on Spain, in all its Mediterranean glory.

The menu begins with Olla Gitana, a.k.a. Gipsy Stew, with pork, chick peas, veggies, and greens.

For your next course, you can go with Xato, a curly endive salad with tuna and romesco vinaigrette. Or, you can opt for steamed clams with chorizo, tomatoes, and roasted peppers.

The entree course lets you choose between Marmitako, a classic Basque fisherman’s dish, which is grilled tuna with roasted pepper and potato stew, or paella, seasoned saffron rice with mussels, clams, shrimp, scallops, chicken, and chorizo.

The three-course set menu is a bargain at $33, and it’s available any night of the week, Mon.-Sat.
