[image-1]Ever since Hall Management Group took over Maverick Southern Kitchens’ restaurant portfolio — S.N.O.B., High Cotton, and Old Village Post House — it’s been one change after another. Earlier this month, S.N.O.B. founding chef and culinary legend Frank Lee named his successor, Russ Moore, and now Old Village Post House has announced a new executive chef — Robyn Guisto who replaces Chef Forrest Parker. Hall Management Group publicist Boykin Anderson says that Parker is pursuing other culinary opportunities and that the Hall family wishes him well.

Guisto, a Cary, N.C. native, is being promoted from within and “is an accomplished chef who we are thrilled to promote from within our organization and have at the helm of our culinary team at the Old Village Post House Inn,” Bill Hall, owner of Hall Management Group, says in a press release. Guisto served as sous chef at sister property Halls Chophouse from 2013 to 2016.
