Out of Hand is a boutique nestled in the Old Village of Mt. Pleasant, and on Thursday, March 21 they’ll celebrate the grand opening of their newest endeavor, SOUTH. Located adjacent to Out of Hand, South specializes in Southern items — they will only sell items by artists and designers located south of the Mason Dixon.

However exclusive this market may be, it offers no shortage of trendy, often uncommon designs ranging from bowties created by an 11-year-old boy in Memphis to Mason jar candles by a woman in Alabama. We can hear Lynyrd now. The products, unlike the designers, are all over the map. SOUTH features apparel, shoes, jewelry, artwork, decorative pieces, candles, and stationery.

Stop by their grand opening party at 113 Pitt St. on Thursday from 6-8 p.m.
