[image-1]Overalls and Aprons, the documentary that follows Lowcountry farmers, chefs, and fishermen to explore how our local food community can support sustainability, will screen clips on Tues. Oct. 14 at 6 p.m. at Southern Season (730 Coleman Blvd.).

Director, editor, and producer Thibaut Fagonde will be on-hand at the screening, and he’ll be joined by Mark Marhefka from Abundant Seafood, Chef BJ Dennis, and Chef Nico Romo from Fish Restaurant, who will work together to create a meal to accompany the film. As of now, viewers and diners will feast on shrimp purloo, eggplant and peanut stew, bouillabaisse, and Carolina gold rice pudding.

Fagonde, who was on the cover of CP’s latest edition of Dirt, also submitted the documentary to Sundance on Mon. Sept. 29.
