Palmer Campus opens for lunch on Mon. Feb. 9

So, I missed out on the deal last semester, but I’ll be damned if that happens again this go around.

181 Palmer, the dining room at Trident Tech’s Palmer Campus, reopens for business on Monday and they’ve got a brand new menu. For 15 bucks, you get three courses and a beverage!

Grilled Wild American Shrimp: Cauliflower Purée, Caper-Currant Brown Butter Vinaigrette
Pan-Seared Scallop: Artichokes, White Asparagus, Leeks, Neuske’s Bacon, Maple-Cider Foam
Palmetto Porter-Braised Short Ribs: Anson Mills Grits, Caramelized Onions, Crispy Sage Leaves
Empanada: Wild Mushroom and Roasted Butternut Squash Filling, Cotija Cheese, Mole Negro
