For everyone who’s been wondering what the heck is going on with the old Necter Bar and Grille location since it closed in February, we have some news.
The 951 Folly Road location will be vacant no longer and will serving up some new grub, thanks to local restaurateur John Keener of Charleston Crab House.
The Palmetto Ale House is scheduled to open mid-May, and the renovated restaurant will have indoor and outdoor seating options and will be an American family style pub. The menu will be all-American with standard choices: burgers, steaks, seafood, and dessert. Prices will range $8-$12, and they’ll have 20 beers on tap.
