Praise be to he: Casting is now underway for season two of The Righteous Gemstones in Charleston.
Tona B. Dahlquist Casting is calling all available extras in Charleston and the surrounding areas for the next installments of the hilarious HBO series that’s the latest locally filmed brainchild of comedic actor and producer Danny McBride.
The show follows the extremely successful, if slightly dysfunctional, televangelist family of Gemstones, starring McBride (Jesse Gemstone), as well as John Goodman (Eli Gemstone), Edi Patterson (Judy Gemstone), and Adam DeVine (Kelvin Gemstone).
Requirements for casting submissions include two current photos (full-length and close-up) as well as name, age, ethnicity, phone number, height, weight, and clothing sizes. Description of tattoos and piercings is also necessary.
If you got wheels, they can use those too: Just submit the model, make, year, color, and any damage to your car. Extras cast with their car receive higher compensation. If you have current or past work experience you think will be of interest to the casting directors, include this in your submission.
