It rained cats and dogs this afternoon, but so far, there’s no plan to change the venue for the Punch Brothres’ 9 p.m. concert at the Cistern, according to a Spoleto spokesperson. “No news is good news,” says Caroline Maas, a marketing and public relations manager. On Sunday, the festival quickly and smoothly changed venues for the Florin Niculescu concert. That announcement was made about 4 p.m., which is to say right about now. We’ll keep you posted. -JS
