The new sauce can be used to heat up the summer seafood dishes you’ll munch on at barbecues, boils, parties or a nice night on the water.

A blend of fresh tomatoes, horseradish, Dijon, Pequin chili pepper flakes, sumac, fennel seeds, lemongrass, ginger and a splash of sherry vinegar bring a balance of acid, savory and heat.
The new sauce is available online at redclayhotsauce.com for $15 for a 10.5-ounce bottle. It will be available at retail stores in the coming months.
