Yes, you read that right. After a five-year hiatus, Justin Bieber is going back on tour this spring and he’s stopping in Columbia on July 27. Bieber’s fifth studio album, Changes, is set for release on Feb. 14 and the global superstar will tour in support of it with R&B/hip-hop artists Kehlani and Jaden Smith.
