Tonight frequent food TV guest Carrie Morey of Calllie’s Hot Little Biscuits will make an appearance on Cooking Channel’s Beach Bites with Katie Lee tonight.

According to the Cooking Channel’s website, Beach Bites is a program all about island hopping in search of good eats with, apparently, geographical exceptions for peninsulas.

This week’s episode takes host Lee on a hunt for a quality beachgoer’s breakfast and a stop in Charleston. As a synopsis for the show states online:

“Katie Lee finds the best coffee and papaya bowl Oahu’s North Shore has to offer. While in Honolulu, Katie teams up with friend and acclaimed chef, Lee Anne Wong for her Koco Moco, a modern version of the classic Hawaiian breakfast, Loco Moco. Did someone say hash? Katie introduces viewers to Gulfport, Florida and to the best-selling Corn Beef Hash. On the menu in Charleston is a Country Ham Biscuit. Leave it to San Diego to liven things up with a batch of Dirty Chai Pancakes. And of course, no breakfast hunt is complete without a plate of Shrimp & Grits. It’s no wonder breakfast is the most important meal of the day!”

The show airs on the Cooking Channel tonight at 10 p.m. to catch Charleston’s beloved biscuits on the small screen.

Also, keep an eye out on Sat. at 4:30 p.m. for a possible cameo from Smoke BBQ on Beach Bites with Katie Lee. While Grilled & Que’d episode doesn’t explicitly name the restaurant, it does say “Katie goes to Charleston for Burnt Ends” and we know she filmed at the King Street restaurant back in February.
