SPORTSOUTH TO TELEVISE UNDER THE LIGHTS: BOBBY CREMINS

Half-Hour Reality Special Debuts on SportSouth on Saturday, January 26 at 9 p.m. ET

SportSouth today announced the debut of Under the Lights: Bobby Cremins, a 30-minute all-access, behind-the-scenes special spotlighting the College of Charleston’s legendary men’s basketball coach. Under the Lights: Bobby Cremins premieres on Saturday, January 26 at 9 p.m. ET on SportSouth.

A SportSouth camera and sound crew were embedded with Cremins and the College of Charleston men’s basketball team for the 48 hours leading up to and including the Cougars’ victory over cross-town rival Charleston Southern on November 28, 2007. SportSouth covers team meetings and practices, the team’s van ride to the North Charleston Coliseum – and leaving their coach behind – and the intensity in the locker room and the huddles during the game. A wireless microphone worn by Cremins throughout practice and the Charleston Southern game provides unprecedented insight into the celebrated coach.

Under the Lights: Bobby Cremins debuts on SportSouth on Saturday, January 26 at 9 p.m. ET and replays January 27 at 4:30 p.m. ET and 10:30 p.m. ET and January 30 at 10 p.m. ET.
