Although Spoleto’s over, you can still get a taste of Italy at The Dining Room at Woodlands, where their much-lauded kitchen experts present one delicious dish after another. On Tuesday night, intrepid foodies and oenophiles can sign up for the four-course pairing dinner, which includes mouthfuls of fig and gorgonzola-stuffed quail breast (second course), tomato braised veal breast (main course) and a pre-dinner tasting at 6:30 p.m. All four courses are expertly matched with quaffs from across the boot-shaped country, with the grand finale — strawberry semifreddo with brown sugar meringue and Genovese basil — coupled with a sparkling Cabernet ‘demi-sec’ from Tenuta S.
