If you’re a big fan of HGTV, then you’ve probably seen Designed to Sell, a show where experts help renovate houses before they go on the market. Co-host Terry Haas, who was in Charleston earlier this year, will return for a special workshop at the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry on Oct. 24.

She’ll talk about hiring the right agent, how to price your house correctly, and how to set it up for a showing. They’ll be giving away a free consultation with Haas at the event, which will include free childcare and coffee and breakfast from the Macaroon Boutique.

Tickets are $20 for members and $25 for non-members in advance and $25 for members and $30 for non-members at the door, with the proceeds benefiting the museum. Call (843) 853-8962 ext. 208 to make reservations.

Haas will also be giving a seminar at the upcoming Charleston Baby Show, held at the Gaillard on Oct. 30. Learn more about that event at charlestonbabyshow.com.
