S.C. Senate passes bill requiring districts to offer 5 day, in-person learning. The South Carolina Senate unanimously passed Senate Bill 704, which requires all South Carolina school districts to offer five day, face-to-face instruction starting after spring break. Currently, 54 school districts statewide are face-to-face five days a week, but a majority of the other districts have plans to get to that level soon. Source: WCNC TV
