In a syndicated radio interview yesterday, President Donald Trump said blamed U.S. Sen. John McCain for holding up Obamacare repeal efforts spearheaded by Sen. Lindsey Graham. “You can call it what you want,” said Tump, who once brushed off the 5+ years McCain spent as a Vietnam POW, “but that’s the only reason we don’t have it, because of John McCain.” Graham was not so hasty to criticize McCain, with whom he is close friends: “John McCain was willing to die for this country and he can vote any way he wants to.” Meanwhile, an early CBO look says the proposal called Graham-Cassidy would result in millions losing health insurance.
